Introduction

OneRanked (“OneRanked,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is an SEO agency based in Pakistan, operating the website at oneranked.com (the “Site”) and providing search engine optimization services to businesses across Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, and beyond.

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit the Site or request our services — specifically through the free SEO audit form at oneranked.com/contact — how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers the Site and the audit request process. Once you become a paying client, the handling of any additional information is governed by the service agreement you sign with us, not this public policy.

Information We Collect

Information You Provide Directly

When you fill out the free SEO audit request form on our Contact page, we collect exactly what that form asks for — nothing more:

  • Full name
  • Business or website URL
  • Email address
  • Phone / WhatsApp number
  • City (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, or Other)
  • Current monthly website traffic (optional, approximate range)
  • Your main goal (optional, selected from a short list)
  • Additional details about your business or SEO challenges (optional, free text)

If you message us directly on WhatsApp or by email instead of using the form, we’ll have access to whatever you choose to send us there — typically your phone number or email address, and the content of that conversation.

Information Collected Automatically

Our hosting and caching infrastructure automatically logs basic technical information when you visit — things like your IP address, browser type, device type, and the pages you view — purely for security and performance purposes. We do not run Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta/Facebook Pixel, or any similar dedicated analytics or advertising tracking script on this Site. The only third-party, on-site tool in use is Hostinger Reach, a lightweight email-engagement widget provided by our hosting company — see “How We Share Your Information” below.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information collected through the audit request form for a small, specific set of purposes:

  • To review and respond to your audit request — a real strategist looks at the site or URL you gave us and gets back to you by email, phone, or WhatsApp.
  • To communicate with you about your request, answer questions, and follow up once.
  • To understand what you need — the city, traffic level, and goal fields help us tailor the audit and conversation to your specific situation rather than sending a generic reply.
  • Internal record-keeping — submissions are stored in our website’s database so we don’t lose track of a request if an email notification fails to arrive.

We do not use the information you submit through the audit form for advertising, and we do not send marketing emails or newsletters unless you separately opt in to that in the future.

Cookies & Tracking Technologies

  • Essential/functional cookies — our caching setup (LiteSpeed Cache) uses technical cookies purely to serve pages faster and keep the site working correctly. These don’t track you across other websites.
  • Hostinger Reach — a lightweight on-site tool from our hosting provider, Hostinger, used for basic email-marketing and on-site engagement features. It may set its own cookies to support that functionality.

We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies from networks like Google Ads or Meta/Facebook.

You can control or delete cookies through your browser’s settings at any time — every major browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge) has a privacy or cookie section that lets you block or clear them. Blocking essential cookies may affect how some parts of the Site work.

How We Share Your Information

We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t hand it to data brokers. The only parties that touch your information are the ones that make the Site and our audit process work:

  • Hostinger — our hosting provider. Our website, database, and outgoing email run on Hostinger’s infrastructure, so any data you submit passes through and is stored on their servers.
  • Hostinger Reach — the on-site email-engagement widget mentioned above, provided by Hostinger.

We do not use a separate CRM, email marketing platform, or third-party form-processing service beyond what’s listed above. We may also share information if required to by law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of OneRanked, our clients, or others.

Data Storage & Security

We take reasonable, industry-standard measures to protect the information you share with us — including relying on our hosting provider’s server-level security, restricting who on our team can access submitted form data, and keeping our website software up to date.

That said, no method of storing or transmitting data over the internet is 100% secure, and we can’t guarantee absolute security. If you’re sharing anything especially sensitive, keep that in mind, or ask us about alternative ways to share it.

Data Retention

We keep audit request submissions for up to 24 months from your last contact with us, so we can maintain a useful record of past conversations without holding onto data indefinitely. After that point, we delete or anonymize it, unless we’re required to keep it longer for legal, accounting, or dispute-resolution reasons.

Your Rights & Choices

Regardless of where you’re located, you can ask us at any time to:

  • See what information we hold about you
  • Correct anything that’s inaccurate or out of date
  • Delete your information from our records

Children’s Privacy

Our services are directed at businesses and business owners, not children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact us and we’ll delete it.
