Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website at oneranked.com (the “Site”), operated by OneRanked (“OneRanked,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), an SEO agency based in Pakistan and serving businesses across Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, and beyond.

By browsing the Site or submitting the free SEO audit request form, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree with them, please don’t use the Site.

These Terms cover the Site and the free audit request process only. If you go on to become a paying client, the scope of work, pricing, deliverables, and commercial terms for that engagement are set out in a separate signed agreement between you and OneRanked — that agreement takes priority over anything stated here.

Description of Services

OneRanked provides search engine optimization (SEO) services, including technical SEO, on-page SEO, local SEO, content strategy, off-page SEO/link building, and AI search optimization, for businesses operating in Pakistan and elsewhere.

Through the Site, visitors can request a free, no-obligation SEO audit. Submitting that request does not create a client relationship or a contract for paid services — it starts a conversation. Section 5 below covers exactly what submitting the audit form does and doesn’t commit you to.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and legally able to enter into agreements, to submit the audit request form or engage our services. If you’re submitting a request on behalf of a business, you’re confirming you have the authority to do so.

Use of the Website

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. In particular, you agree not to:

  • Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Site using automated tools without our permission
  • Submit the audit request form with false information, spam it repeatedly, or use it to send unsolicited content to our team
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its underlying systems, or any account or data connected to it
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Site’s normal operation, including through malware, denial-of-service attempts, or similar activity
  • Use the Site to transmit anything unlawful, harmful, or infringing on someone else’s rights

We reserve the right to block access, remove submitted content, or take other reasonable action against anyone who violates this section.

Free SEO Audit Requests

Submitting the audit request form on our Contact page is free and does not obligate you to purchase anything from us, now or later. Likewise, receiving your submission does not obligate OneRanked to accept every request or to deliver a specific outcome.

We aim to review submitted requests and respond within 24–48 hours, though response times can vary depending on volume and the complexity of your site.

The free audit is a preliminary, good-faith review meant to highlight visible opportunities — it is not a substitute for a full paid audit or ongoing SEO engagement, and it doesn’t guarantee any specific ranking, traffic, or business outcome.

Service Engagements & Payments

If you decide to move forward with OneRanked as a paying client, the scope of work, deliverables, timelines, fees, payment schedule, and cancellation terms for that engagement are set out in a separate agreement or proposal accepted by both parties.

That separate agreement — not this general public Terms & Conditions page — governs the commercial relationship. This page does not itself commit either party to any paid engagement, price, or specific deliverable.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, page design, and the OneRanked name and branding — is owned by OneRanked or used with permission, and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law, unless stated otherwise.

You may view and share pages from the Site for personal, non-commercial reference. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, or use our content, branding, or site design for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

Any deliverables we create specifically for a paying client (reports, strategy documents, content) are covered separately under that client’s service agreement, not this page.

Disclaimers

No Guaranteed Results

SEO is inherently unpredictable — search engines change their algorithms, competitors adjust their own strategies, and no agency can honestly guarantee a specific ranking position, traffic number, or timeline. We won’t promise you “#1 on Google” or a guaranteed result, because nobody legitimately can. What we do promise is honest strategy, real work, and transparent reporting on what’s actually happening.

“As-Is” Website & Service Disclaimer

The Site and the free audit process are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We don’t guarantee the Site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OneRanked and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, arising from your use of the Site or the free audit process — even if we’ve been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, OneRanked’s total liability arising out of or related to your use of the Site or the audit request process will not exceed a nominal amount, as permitted by law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold OneRanked, its team, and affiliates harmless from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third party’s rights.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in how we operate or to keep this page accurate. We’ll update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page whenever we do. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
