OneRanked exists for one reason: too many businesses in Pakistan were paying for SEO every month without knowing what they were actually buying. We’re a Islamabad-rooted, Pakistan-wide SEO agency built around real strategy, honest reporting, and zero guesswork dressed up as expertise.
OUR STORY
Started Because the Same Story Kept Repeating
OneRanked started the way most honest agencies do — out of frustration with how the industry usually works. It builds on our founder Umer Hassan’s years of hands-on SEO work, where his team has delivered 2,100+ projects. We kept seeing the same pattern: a business would sign up for “SEO,” pay every month, and have no real idea what was actually being done or why their rankings weren’t moving.
That’s not unique to Pakistan — it happens everywhere. But it’s especially common here, where the digital marketing industry is still young and most business owners haven’t had four or five agencies before us to learn what red flags to watch for. So we built OneRanked around one standard: if we can’t clearly explain what we’re doing and why, we shouldn’t be doing it.
We started with international clients and built our entire process around what actually moved the needle for them — not around whatever was easiest to sell.
